OK, two things so far

I've thought of two positive things to the confined to a horizontal position situation I'm in. First one: I've been able to spend a lot of quality time with Makell. She climbs up on my bed with me and for the past two days we have played "war" with some number cards. You know, you each flip a card over and whoever gets the highest number wins the set. She thinks it's a lot of fun, and I really appreciate the diversion, plus it's given us some one on one time and a chance to chat. I've really enjoyed that.

Second: I've started reading the General Conference Ensign issue cover to cover. I figure I might as well start at the beginning, I'm sure I'll have time to get through all the talks. It's something that I've not been able to do before, but I've really enjoyed that too. I hopefully can learn a lot, especially about parenting, cause I'm going to need it!

It is tough to be on ned rest but it looks like you are finding some positives out of it. I also look back on when I was on bedrest while pregnant with Whitney and I really wnjoyed the time I had with Nicholas. We watched a lot of movies together and he learned to be such a big boy making his own toast and getting himself dressed. I look back on it with fondenss and he missed our quality time together once the baby was born and I wasnt confined to the couch anymore. Enjoy it while it lasts.

When you are carpooling and waiting on kids more... keep a copy of the Ensign in your car. You will be amazed on how much waiting time you do ... and how much you read. I love it!

I'm glad you are taking it easy! You better!
