Busy, Busy

My how time flies when you're having fun! We're so busy at our home. The baby girls are growing up so fast. They are about 8 1/2 months old now and are a lot of fun. Today Paige's first tooth broke through, and last week Kenedi's first tooth broke through, so we've been having some grumpiness at our home lately, but the teething tablets are helping a lot!

For Valentine's Day, Russ and I attended the Bountiful temple and did a session there. It was so great to make it there. It took a lot of work and driving through a snow storm, and up a steep snowy hill to make it there, but we made it! We are assigned to the Ogden Temple, but it was closed for cleaning, so the Bountiful temple was the next closest one. How blessed are we to have so many temples in such close proximity to us.

On our way home Sat. from the temple, we ran into Costco and stocked up on a few things. We got our tax return this past week and decided what better way to spend some of it than on baby supplies. These pictures are a few things we got there. We are almost done with the first container of formula and we opened it Sat. night. It's now Monday night. We'll probably finish it Tuesday or Wednesday if we are lucky. The formula container is 1 lb. 9.7 oz big and makes 187 oz of formula. Kenedi takes about 8 oz of formula about 3x day and Paige takes about 6 oz of formula about 3 x a day! That's 42 oz a day. Doing the math means that can lasts about 4 1/2 days. That's about right. One box of wipes will last up about 3-4 weeks. So four boxes will get us through the next 4 months hopefully on wipes. We buy our diapers at wal-mart, the wal-mart generic brand seems to be the cheapest around and they work great on our babies so we're sticking with them. I bought 2 boxes of those today. We average about 12 diaper changes a day, so we go through those pretty fast too. It's a lot of work, but we are so blessed to have these babies in our family. I'm running on not much sleep these days, but I'm happy because I'm doing Heavenly Father's work in raising these children
.
Paige loves to fall asleep at her high chair. Makell and Mason are such good buds!!

Cute pics!
I knew you used a lot of wipes, dipes, and formula, but I didn't really add it up. I'm glad you noted it. Keep up the good work!

Holy Cow, you go through a lot of formula and diapers. It is expensive enough keeping up with my one. They are sure cute!
